Can't retrieve system fields -CREATED and UPDATED

Using XPorter version 4.3.5. Exporting to Word.

${Created} does not retrieve anything, as well, as formatted 

${dateformat("yyyy-MM-dd"):Created}, suggested in documentation

{$Key} - works fine...

Did I miss anything?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks to all, I found the answer:

instead of 'Created', should be 'CreatedDateTime':

${dateformat("yyyy-MM-dd"):CreatedDateTime}
