Can't update BigPicture plugin (does not activate)

Wanted to see the new features from vendor's Twitter and asked our admin to upgrade. He says plugin manager says update went fine, but now can't run add-on!

Hi,

I suggest you try uninstalling the plugin and then installing it again. This usually helps if update gets stuck, and you will not lose your data.
