Can you include multiple Jira ticket types in a Sprint?

My team uses project A tickets. We've added new team members who use different types of tickets (project B & C). Is it possible to see project B&C tickets on the project A sprint? Right now their tickets still show in project B or project C sprints and our sprint board only shows project A.

Hi Talia,

Just to confirm, I think by ticket types you mean tickets from two different projects, is that right?

If so, If you have a Jira board thats been created with a filter that contains multiple projects, and you create a sprint using that board, then yes, you can.

Great, then just modify an existing boards filter or create a new one with a filter that includes the types of tickets you'd like to be available for sprints from each project and you should be set.
