Cannot add time to tempo

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When I click the plus icon, I get a gray screen with checkbox. It never concludes. I am on windows 10, I tried with Edge, Firefox and Chrome. All three have same behavior. JavaScript console shows an error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'containerId' of undefined
at f (batch.js:11972)
