Hi All,
Followed all the procedures needed for the JIRA local installation start up, however at the time of "Setup Administrator Account" experiencing the below error.
"Cannot add user, all the user directories are read-only."
1. Used mysql JDBC driver 5.1.48
2. Restarted the JIRA server
Highly appreciated, if I can get the resolution for this issue.
I think your database is misconfigured, are you sure you have given the necessary privileges to the user?
Hi Mario, I did given the full privileges to the user for which i am trying to creating. Surprusingly the JIRA server version is working fine on Windows without any issue with the same database connection, experiencing this issue only on CentOS 7.
