Change Management workflow rewiev

Hi I'm new to JSD but have a good knowledge of ITIL and way of work. 

I'm setting up a JSD - I have now some question you might can help me with. 

1. Create a change

2. Review of change 

 - Here you realise that you need more information from your customer. 

I've added a field called Pending reason - Here is a scrollbar with different reasons . 

If i choose More Info Requireed - i would like that a notification to requester is sent that we are missing info. 

 

How can I make this work ?

Hi Magnus,

You seem to be using cloud version! The view shown is for Server Version, so dont worry for the view as far as the rule remains the same; but are you able to configure the rule?  If you have any doubts let me know.

Do I need to change anything in standard workflow ? Or do any of you have any suggestion ? @Jack Brickey @Bhushan Marathe  You 2 seems to be kings on Jira :-)

Hi Magnus,

 

You can add this field to the respective transition screen in the workflow . Then you can set automation in Automation rules based on a trigger "status changed" as shown below. Go to project settings -> Automation ->create custom Rule.  Hope this helps you!
