I've added a field called Pending reason - Here is a scrollbar with different reasons .
If i choose More Info Requireed - i would like that a notification to requester is sent that we are missing info.
How can I make this work ?

You seem to be using cloud version! The view shown is for Server Version, so dont worry for the view as far as the rule remains the same; but are you able to configure the rule? If you have any doubts let me know.

You can add this field to the respective transition screen in the workflow . Then you can set automation in Automation rules based on a trigger "status changed" as shown below. Go to project settings -> Automation ->create custom Rule. Hope this helps you!
