×Hi,
system info:
1. Role Administrators is populated with two groups (support admins, project admins) - the reason is because when someone is on a vacation, the other user could replace him.
2. We have a transition called Help (used when a user doesn't know which status to choose, or when he made a mistake in one of a previous transitions, or he has wrongly edited an issue).
3. When Help transition is executed, the issue is automatically assigned to the default user from the Administrators role.
The problem:
When we have added one specific user, he became the default Assignee when someone executes Help transition.
Could this be changed in some simple way, or I need to create a dummy user and create filter for administrators to see the issues assigned to it and set up the notifications?
Help transitions IS a global transition. I don't have problem with it. All I want is to change default assignee of the role Administrators on Support projects (containing two groups: project admins, support admins - project admins is added in case there are no support admins at work).
I want that someone from group "support admins" is the default assignee on my Support projects, not someone from "project admins" (he should only have permission to change issue when support admin is not at work).
I don't see how JIRA decides who is default assignee in role which is populated with several groups?
Could you further clarify the question? What do you want the Help transition to do?
