Change default time to remove tickets from board

Hello!

In my board the tickets in some status, for example, "Done" are removed from the board after 14 days causing me some duplications or even triplications because users create them as they don't see them. 

Is there any a proper way to change this 14 days to, let me sample, 30?

Indeed, as @Alexey Matveev mentioned, it is not possible to customize that value right now. Please have a look at (and eventually vote and watch) the feature request for this functionality:

Also note that those 14 days are counted since the issue was last updated, not since it was resolved. Another feature request for that below:

Hello,

I think you are talking about next-gen projects in Jira Cloud. If so, then it is not possible to change.
