Committed Vs Delivered Report in JIRA

Hello All,

I want to get JIRA report for Committed Vs actual delivered. We have multiple teams involved in project and I want to generate report of last 5 sprints of one team's committed vs delivered report.

Please let me know if any one has solution for this.
