Im pretty new to JIRA and was looking for some help.
Im running a development project with 3 different teams (web, android, ios). I have a board for the project set up with an accommodating workflow. User Stories are moved from define>estimate>backlog>In Progress>Done.
I also am using portfolio to help plan and forecast to a target end date. As a baseline, I set each team with 1 week scrums and a velocity of 30 story points. Ideally no user story is more than a day worth of effort, and 1 day is 6 story points.
What Im trying to figure out is how can I easily see what a team completed yesterday and also last week. I wanted to be able to form a baseline an adjust expected velocity by team rather than assuming all 3 teams move at the same pace. This should help me to get a more realistic expected end date and how quickly each team can complete a user story.
