Confluence does not show Sum Time Spent value in inserted filter, although Jira does.

I have a Jira filter that shows the Time Spent on a Story. It's adding up work logged against all the sub-tasks in the story (first screen cap). The problem is that when I insert this into a Confluence page (Insert Jira filter), it is not showing the Sum Time Spent value (second screen cap).  Any idea?

Time Tracking was hidden on the Story screen. Once unhidden, the Sum displayed in Confluence.
