Connect Jira Cloud to GitHub leads to 404 page

I followed the descriptions in the link above to connect my JIRA account to Github. However, i got a 404 error page after adding my

1.  GitHub User Account name.

2.  GitHub Enterprise site URL 

3.  Client ID and Client Secret

Is it possible to get a direct fix from JIRA without a third party tool?

@Riddhi Shah that article is not useful and provides no additional information on top of the documentation from Jira.

This happens to me, as well.  Is there no fix for this?
