Create JIRA Issue from crucible

Soo Min Ooi October 1, 2013

I have added JIRA application link in Crucible, however I can't seem to locate the "Create Issue" link from the comment to create JIRA issue from crucible comment. I have the comment permission set.

This plugin comes bundled with FishEye 3.0 or higher. You will need to upgrade to at least a 3.x version. The latest version is 3.1.3.

The plugin is called "Inline Issue Creation Plugin for Crucible".

Are you running JIRA 5.0 or higher ?

If not, then you will need to configure the older Issue Creation functionality in the FishEye Admin section.

If you are running JIRA 5.0 or higher, then the Create Issue link should automatically appear on all comments in Crucible. If this is not the case, then please ensure the Add-on called: "Inline Issue Creation Plugin for Crucible" is installed and enabled correctly.
