I am having a problem creating a Linked Issue named a Quote from an SR screen. This Quote Form should include Quote Description and Quote Cost fields. These fields are not coming up in the linked issue screen, so I am unable to Create the Linked Issue PR ticket.
Can anyone advise why these fields would not appear? We have not made any changes to the Screen layout or user permissions, etc.
This fault is the same on all browsers.
Hi Javier,
Thanks for the reply. I am unable to find where this Create Linked Issue Screen is defined in the System admin for JIRA. I can create a Quote ticket in the Production project from scratch, but this is a shortcut pop-up to create a linked issue from an SR ticket.
Can you let me know where to find this screen config?
Thanks.
Hi Philippa,
If you go into the Project SR > Project Settings > Fields, you should see the field configuration(s) used by your project.

Hi Philippa,
Currently, only system default fields and required fields as per your field configuration will display on the Create linked issue screen.
So if you really want to show your custom fields, you will need to make them required.
Additionally, I was able to find a feature request regarding this functionality which you can view here: JSDSERVER-3917
I recommend voting on the feature request and leaving feedback in a comment. For more information regarding how we handle feature requests, please refer to our Feature Request Policy

Hi Philippa,
You can make a field required by going into Field Configuration and defining whether the field should be required or not.
