Create new issue in different project with a validation scree

When I transition a task from PM project to 'dev task created' I want to be able to create a new issue in Dev project, but first I need to show the details on a screen to be validated by the user. 
I was able to create the task thru automation rules but I don't have the option to review it.

The added screen to my transition doesn't have the Project field available... 

Is there a way I can do this?

Hi Anca - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You should be able to add the transition screen and capture the data in the fields. 

Then your automation rule should fire with an Issue Transitioned trigger. 

In the action for Create Issue, you will select the fields from the transition screen. Then click the 3 dots menu to the right of each field and select Copy from. It will say copy from Current Issue. Click on those words and a popup shows up. Change Current Issue to Trigger issue for each field. Save and Update/Publish.
