Crucible review not always has a link to create JIRA issue

We have integrated JIRA and Crucible. When a review is created sometimes it shows the "Create Issue" link. But other times it doesn't.

Are there any specific conditions that would determine whether the "Create Issue" link is available or not?

Create Issue is also invisible when your linked issue is a sub-task. You cannot (yet) create sub-tasks of sub-tasks in JIRA. And every created issue in this way from a Crucible comment is a sub-task.

Hi Will,

Can you tell me if the reviews with the 'create issue' link has Jira linked? A review would have a jira issue linked when it is created with a title that contains a jira issue key, or manually typed in one in the linked issue field in the edit details dialog. Could you post a screenshot or something as well?
