Custom field that lists SVN revs

What I am looking for is this...

When resolving an issue, the person has to enter in the SVN rev that fixed the issue. I would prefer this to be a custom field that lists all svn comitts/revs and allows the user to select the one that applies to their issue.

I am aware that you can close a ticket by using a formatted comit message. I am looking for the opposite, to select the already comited rev from a drop down list when resolving the issue.

The Last Revision Custom Field plugin comes close to what you're looking for. Otherwise, I think you'd have to write a custom field plugin.
