Customized Sign Up page

Hi,

I need users to enter a license key when they are signing up. The license key is generated by us and sent to the user and it should be mandatory when signing up.

I looked around in the menus, documentation and this answers site, but I couldn't find an answer to this question. If you could point me into the right direction, that would be great.

Sounds like you may need to look into custom plugin development using the plugin SDK. This would not only allow you to capture the addtional field, but validate it and or send it elsewhere.
