Customized dashboard

Need help for the following scenario

I have create a dashboard for admin who can view details of all the project in his team. Now I need to create a dashboard such that

It is visible for all users in the team. Each user will have dashboard with their own data like chart showing the progress of the projects the person is assigned to, timing utilization of each logged in user.

when admin views the same board it should show the overall project progress and timing utilization of his entire team.

The JQL query you utilize (saved filter) for the gadgets should use the 'Current User' option for the relevant fields.

I don't think you can do it with one dashboard. You'll need one for the admin and another for users.
