Customizing the printable issue view?

Is it possible to customize the printable issue view? I simply want the issue discription to appear after the summary at the top of the page. I have found the vm-files for the xml and word views. I've had no luck finding any for the printable (html) view though.

It uses the same word templates. Only the content type is different.

Is it possible to change the label name? (XML, Word, etc.)

If so, how? Thanks
