Dashboard for Senior executive

Will it be possible to create senior level executive dashboards for showcasing performances of projects at a higher level? Its more to do reporting the overall health of the projects. 

I understand it might not be available as part of either JIRA or JIRA core dashboards. Any third-party add-on that we can procure, please advise?

It really depends on what you're looking to report.

1. You can use Dashboard Gadgets in Jira, some of which can be based on filters.
2. For a more comprehensive reporting solution, eazyBI tends to be the add-on of choice.
3. When all else fails, you can export a JQL query as a CSV and create your own reports based off this.
