Do we have a known issue on JIRA Webhook?

Deleted user May 1, 2018

While trying to debug our application; we noticed that there are other Project key that triggers the Webhook (onCreate, onUpdate and onComment) even though we only filtered it with JQL. So, we could see other project coming in at our request other than WM Technology Support and AM ASD.

JQL: project="WM Technology Support" or project = "AM ASD"

Hi Paul,

I'd suggest you to take a closer look on the workflows used by this project that is not WM or AM, because it could have a post-function that triggers the web hook, which is not desired.

Hi Arthur,

I believe it is not calling other project. Even though I only added 2 projects in my onCreate/onUpdate webhook, I could see other projects coming in on our logs... that means it is not filtered by the webhook.

Thanks,

Paul
