Does Browse Projects permissions for reporter allow them to see all issues or just theirs?

I want to be able to have Reporters see only their issues.  If we just give them Browse and Create permissions will that accomplish that?

It will accomplish your needs. Reporters will see only issues, where they are reporters.

Thanks, I was hoping so, but was finding two answers out there.  This one, and the one previously posted which requires using Issue Level Security. I will be testing it to verify.

If you give Browse Project permissions users will be able to see all issues in the project.

If you want to restrict the Issue visibility in a project you can configure Issue level security schemes and assign it to projects:
