Does JIRA Agile version 6.4.5 have a public REST api

I have developed my application using JIRA Agile v 7.0.4 using REST api.

But currently i am using JIRA Agile v 6.4.5, all the REST api calls are not working.

I am also not able to find REST api documentation for JIRA agile v 6.4.5.

Also from the site https://docs.atlassian.com/greenhopper/REST/, i understood that REST apis are available from version 6.7.3 onwards,

Does JIRA Agile version 6.4.5 have a public REST api?

The Agile REST API has only been developed in the last 12 months so it isn't available in JIRA Agile 6.4.5.
