Hello,

Look at the project permission scheme and make sure that the required developers and users are granted the Browse Issues permission.

Ok. In what interface this project is not visible?

Also try to use permission helper to check if a user have permissions for an issue in this project. You can find permission helper in System -> Permission helper.

Used perm helper: Status: does not have the 'Browse Projects' permission

But this guy added to the group, which have role Users, Developers, this two roles Browes Project:

So you need to check the whole chain:

  • User is active
  • User is in a certain group
  • That group is in a certain role (called x) in the project
  • The project has a permission scheme that says Browse: users in role (x)

The permission helper is telling you that at least one of those is missing

  • User is active - Yes
  • User is in a certain group - Yes
  • That group is in a certain role (called x) in the project - Yes
  • The project has a permission scheme that says Browse: users in role (x) - Yes2.PNGСнимок.PNG

Hmm.  Those two look good.

Can you show us one of the users with their group (with personal ids scribbled out if you want  - we're only interested in memberships), i.e. that they can log in, they're not deactivated and they're in one (or both) of jira-it or jira-head-departments.

@Gulnoza Davlatova

According to the screenshot that you provide it seems like you added the user jira-it to the development role.

I believe you intended to add the group jira-it to your roles.

Thanks
