Our JIRA instance is behind a firewall and does not have access to the Atlassian plugin exchange. Could you please point us in the right direction for downloading the plugin or make it available to us? The plugin links seem to have moved.

Just to add on Fernando answer, you can follow the steps mentioned in the following page to manually install Bonfire plugin in JIRA:

You should be able to download the plugin here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.bonfire.plugin
and then manually upload it to your instance.
