Ekstra data field for task

Im using Asana.com as to do task list for everything.

Now i try to move to Jira because my company needs a more advance system than Asana, but there are some fields i need to customized in Jira, and those fields are:

1. Automatically repeat task such as daily, monthly yearly etc...

2. Startdate

3. Start time and end time

3. Complete %

4. Assign task to several users than one.

5. Add poeple to follow the task

Please help me if there is a solution for this.

Followers = Watchers

A tasks should be only done by one person - but anyone who has access can update a task or comment on it.
