Email address change

Hi, In Jira OOTB, we cannot add email address can be added in REQUESTCreated field.

Hi @Rohit Suryawanshi,

I'm afraid Jira won't handle custom email addresses. But can you try creating a user instead? A user would have an email address.

Let me know if that would work or not.

we have many Jira executives which we want to notify by an email. So we want to have one group say & if we can add that in custom recipient "To" then it will resolve our purpose.

As per your answer we cannot add the user as well in the "To".
