Hi All,
We have very large folders of audit history in JEMH and it appears they are all failures. These full folders are all from May of last year. So we set the audit config yesterday to purge the failures and yet they still remained this morning. Successes seemed to be purged. We found this article: https://thepluginpeople.atlassian.net/wiki/display/JEMH/Common+Problems#CommonProblems-AuditHistoryistoolarge. Is this the only method to manually purge the audit history?
JEMH Audit History retention can be configured, it is retained on a calendar basis rather than volume:
There is also a retention flag for failed messages, the purposes of which is to retain problem emails beyond the normal delete period, allowing a more aggressive delete by age:
For the extreme volume scenarios, emails that have been successfully processed can also be automatically purged:
If you have history that is very old, I'd suggest hitting the Delete older events link first, then failing that Delete ALL events.
If you have further problems, please log a support ticket @ https://thepluginpeople.atlassian.net/browse/JEMH
