Randomly overnight my new build of JIRA service desk 7.9 is no longer sending email notifications as HTML
It will send the test email from the customer notification as HTML but when creating a job, it wont send out any emails as HTML.
I had a snapshot of the server from 2 days ago (when it worked) and still no changes.
I have re-configured the outgoing mail to test if it was that by changing the email account and still no luck
I have a older version of JIRA service desk 6.3 on another server and it is still sending HTML notifications fine
Any suggestions?
I guess the first thing to check is the global setting.
Goto 'Admin Cog' -> 'System' - find 'Default User Preferences' down the navigation menu, check the format setting for 'Default outgoing email format'
This global setting can be overridden by users in their own personal settings also.
