Our instance has multiple incoming email handlers, which with their own Catch Email Address.
When a user emails more than one of these catch addresses at the same time, only one of the handlers creates an issue.
Is there a way for multiple incoming mail handlers to process the same email and create JIRA issues for each of their respective projects?
Example: Single incoming email with A and B on to line, so that...
- Handler A, creates issue in Project A
- Handler B, creates issue in Project B
Currently, only one of the handlers processes the email.
Hi Vera - I haven't just yet. Though I may look into JEMH, which is one of the most popular email plugins... https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.javahollic.jira.jemh-ui
If you come across any ideas, please let me know :)
Nope. But I slept about it for a night and I don t think we need it for now.

Hi Gregory,
Came along your question and I was wondering if you have found something for it?
Thank you
