I am new to Jira and we are exploring the tool for our business. I would like to have a one stop place where as an Delivery manager or Sales head i can see a wider visibility from a business/ revenue stand point as well as granular views from project delivery stand point
Typical process will flow in the following manner
1. Client acquisitions
2. MSLA's
3. Multiple SOW
4. Projects under each SOW which can be under any of the software development cycle.

In addition to this, there are several addons which can be used on top of this from the Atlassian Marketplace. For example: CRM for Jira - Customers & Sales and Sales & Operations Workflows Bundle.

Currently we rely on multiple manual methods of tracking and our requirement is to have a single tool at an organization level, which should give the flexibility to segregate it based on divisions viz Sales, products and services based on roles and responsibilities of employees, but the unique SLA and MSLA numbers could be linked to relevant software projects
The end state we will vary for stakeholders within the company.
For the principal stakeholders they should be able to see revenues and profitability generated for each client.
For the department managers the visibility should be on the project status, resource utilization ( broken into billable and non-billable)
For the Leads it should give status of each milestone, sprint et all.
