Error after importing data in JIRA

Hi

I have installed JIRA 4.4.1 and configured it with MySQL. After I import xml file in the new JIRA, the import is successful, but I get the following error on login.

The Gadget Dashboard bundled plugin is not available. To ensure the Gadget Dashboard plugin is enabled, please contact your <a href="/secure/ContactAdministrators!default.jspa">JIRA administrators</a>.

Perhaps you need to log in to see the page.

If you think this message is wrong, please contact your JIRA administrators.

Require some inputs on this issue.
