My team has purchased JIRA on 02/19/2016, but date purchased shows: 02/05/2016, so it expired last Friday (03/05/2016) which supposedly we still have 12 more days till the 19th the expiration date. How can we go about this?
This one seems like it will require support from Atlassian.
I would submit a ticket here. I have always had a great experience dealing directly with support.
