Hey,

is it possible to notify an external person that the program is ready for testing and can this person also give me a feedback on this via e-mail without having a user for Jira ?

We would like to use this options for customers.

Hi, Jan-Philipp!

I have an idea about how you can get the feedback from your customers without having separate user accounts for your customers in JIRA.

Customer Case - an addon for JIRA - will help you. You can create your own feedback/support forums based on your JIRA. Customers login with personal or social accounts (Google+ or Facebook). So you have no need to create JIRA accounts for visitors of forums. 

 Moreover, then you can turn users' feedback into tickets for JIRA projects.

Hey Jan.

JIRA just send mails to users that within it's database. So I think that to do that you should use some script or anything like that .
