File encoding for Portuguese-Brazilian

Hello guys.

I'm importing issues in Portuguese-Brazilian, which file enconding do I have to use? Portuguese-Brazil uses characters like 'ç', 'é', 'á', 'õ', 'ã'...

Hello guys, the solution is ISO-8859-1 encoding.
