FogBugz Importer customization

I used the FogBugz importer to migrate FogBugz on-premise to a Jira server. A lot of data was not imported properly though.

Is the importer open sourced so we can tweak how it imports data?

We have same problem.

After import:

• We miss our custom fields
• We are not satisfied with mails import result (missing mail headers, attachments, pictures)

But the rest of import works reliably.
