Getting error "You must enter a valid verification word to log in" while trying to access

It is the first time that I am trying to log into the tool but I can not access because I get the You must enter a valid verification word to log in. See doc attached for more details.

Any help is really appreciated.

I just ran into this issue on our OnDemand instance with a user. He'd been trying to log in using his email address instead of his username, and I think he'd been marked as 'bad guy' either by IP or by cookie, since he kept getting the error even after he used his username and had the correct capcha text. A password reset seems to have fixed it and he was able to log in fine.
