Gliffy Availability for JIRA Download

I see that the Gliffy plug in is available for the OnDemand version but I don't see it available on the Download version of your product. Is this an oversight or by design?

Gliffy for JIRA is available in both the OnDemand and download versions. You can view this in the Atlassian Marketplace here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.gliffy.integration.jira

Thanks, it just was not a selectable box on JIRA download tab as it is on the OnDemand tab.
