HTML description for attachment field

I added the following description written in HTML to Attachment field.

Upload files bigger than 50MB to <a href="http://url-to-another-fileserver">file server</a>

But the HTML was escaped in a screen.

Do you know if it's possible to enable HTML description with Attachment?

I have the same problem, the attachment description worked fine on JIRA 6 but didn't work on JIRA 7.

That's weird. Hmm, try using the JIRA Wiki Renderer style:

Upload files bigger than 50MB to [file server|http://url-to-another-fileserver]
