Hi Team,
We are not able to get JIRA service desk for SEN-4424311. this is the license which we have.
Can you please let us know what can be the reasons and how can we get service desk for the same?
Regards, Nidhi
I'm afraid there is not enough information in this question.
"not able to get" implies you can't download the service desk addon, but its working fine for me, so how are you doing the download, and what is the error message?
Or are you using Cloud?
JIRA SD error.pngWe have applied license key in the SEN . but JIRA service desk is disabled for us, Only "get started "and "uninstall" buttons are visible on manage add ons page for JIRA service desk.
We need to get JIAR service desk enabled, so that we can create projects and work on it . It is for the critical environment.
It requires JIRA to be used at organization level, Can you please help in this regarding as soon as possible.
Regards, Nidhi

Ahh, that's great. This is not a licence problem! Most addon licences are handled in Jira and not the addon, and this screenshot is saying "addon is installed, and it has a valid licence". The "licence status: unknown" is showing because the plugin is not reporting back on the part it handles, and the reason that is happening is that the addon is not loaded. The error message at the top is what you need to chase down. What happens when you click "get started"? And what does your log file say when you try it?

No. Without the logs, I've no idea if you've got a class loading error, a file system problem, a networking issue, a data error, a SQL issue, a deranged penguin chewing your network cabling etc. It's impossible to even start debugging it without the logs, it could be *anything*
