I have created a workflow and assigned few projects against that particular workflow. Now I need to create a dashboard which can show the project milestone based status that I have configured in the workflow.

Since I am new in JIRA it would be great if someone could help with a step by step process.

Thanks in Advance.

Hey @Ahsan Ahmed,

You can find the step-by-step about how to configure dashboards through this link. However, you've got to add gadgets to your dashboard to accomplish what you need.

Typically, teams use the road map gadget for project milestones, which shows versions due for release and a summary of progress made towards completing the issues in those versions. For reporting around your status, you can explore gadgets such as Issue Statistics and Two Dimensional Filter Statistics - which shows data in a table based on a saved filter.

To get started, I recommend the following links:

Also, if you want to share your dashboard globally or with a group of users, make sure you have Create Shared Objects global permission.
