How can I use Portfolio to track plan vs actual?

I use Portfolio's Releases Report as my plan of record.  For instance, I have three releases scheduled for Q2 2019, and the report shows me which features are scheduled for which release.  As the quarter progresses, I'm sure that some features will slip my desired release schedule and other features will be prioritized to be included.   Portfolio automatically reflects these changes in my Q2 2019 Portfolio plan when I look at the Releases Report.

Is there a way for me to see my original Q2 2019 release plan of record so that I can compare it to the current actual state?  The only way I can think of to do it is via a screenshot when I first create my plan.  I would love to learn if there is a better way.
