How can i renew my JIRA server licenses after expiration?

My JIRA server license will expire in 2 days.

I am not sure that if I want to upgarde my user tier to 2000 or renew the same user tier of 500.

What If I need to renew my 500 user tier but the decision is made next week? Could I renew it or do I have to buy new licenses?

Take a look at Jira Software Licensing and Purchasing for more information about this:

4. What is the minimum term of service?

The minimum term of service is one month. You can choose to renew on a month by month basis, or you can purchase a year in advance.

Once you're ready to make the final decision you can upgrade or renew for the 12 month period.  Hope that helps.
