Hi there
I don't want to use EasyBI (too heavy), but I want to see team effort log on a jira dashboard, is there a way to do this?
Hi @Zhuoling Wang,
as you're looking for a reporting add-on I'd like to highly recommend Exply :) We're aiming with Exply right at the sweet spot between highly scripted reports with eazyBI and standard Jira reports :)
If you're interested I'd be happy to give you a quick demo. Just hit me up :)
Fabian from Exply
You are right, eazyBI might be too much if you do not look for broader Jira data analysis.
However, if you are keen to take a look, there is the eazyBI demonstration dashboard with time tracking information with reports based on logged and estimated work: Time tracking dashboard
You can export the definition of this dashboard (or separate reports) and import it into your eazyBI instance to display the dashboard based on your data, and then publish this eazyBI report/dashboard in the Jira dashboard.
Let us know support@eazybi.com if you need further assistance!
Best,
Ilze, eazyBI support

If you are fine with a mktplace app, to get this data, you can try out our plugin

The app provides the following features.
Worklogs & Time tracking Report :- Track time spent by resources with multiple filters / category / grouping features. Export to csv format is also available. You can filter based on worklogs time period as well.

You probably can, but your question is very broad and could easily misunderstood.
On a dashboard you can pass it a filter, so query for the tickets (completed in a period of time, on an assignee, etc), then pass it to a filter results gadget. You can't do any math on those values in the dashboard, however. (Check out Custom Charts for Jira, I think it can).
If you want to just pass totals to a dashboard, you could use need an addon, or to use Jira automation to calculate it and place it somewhere, maybe as a slack message or in a custom field on a ticket.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for reply, I was looking for a tool, such as EasyBI or other addon which could support this.
