You can't install any of the standard plugins that allow for the creation of such fields, so no, you can't.
You may be able to do it with a "connect" plugin, but I've not tried it myself.

Effectively, they're external addons - they can't hook into the Jira api, but they can talk to Jira in its own language and run inside it, sort of.
