How do I import issues from bitbucket?

We signed up with Jira and Greehoopper as with thought there would be rock solid integration with bitbucket, but I cannot find any simple way to import our issues or repositories in bitbucket.

How can we do this

Ok, so after much research. I have found the answer!

No, that is makes it even more confusing.

Why do I need to download java files, to run in another product - that I dont have - that apparent comes bundled with some other products.

The link to the UMP is even more confusing - pages of documentation!
