How do I modify the standard message for "guests" that have created an issue OR how do I redirect them to a different page?

We want to allow "guest" to create issues, but we do not want to allow them to browse the project. How do I change the standard messages that are created:

Issue Created Successfully

You have successfully created the issue (HLP-8), however you do not have the permission to view the created issue.

You cannot view this URL as a guest. You must log in .

If you think this message is wrong, please consult your administrators about getting the necessary permissions.

Looking at this link it appears this is to change language. I would like to change the wording.

Customizing text is not only internationalizing your instance. The resource is used to display english language as well. It means that you could change current message to anything you wish.
