How to Delete a Project in The New UI?

Jack Murgia February 7, 2018

I create a new software project in the new UI with a US Board (which is in Beta). Unlike other boards, there is no option to delete from the "all boards" page - other board types have this option.

Similarly, the software project itself is missing all of the settings that normal projects have- including the option to delete.

I don't have the summary or delete project options, even though I am a site administrator and the creator of the project. This is in JIRA cloud.

Hi Jack,

To delete a project in Software:

  1. Click on Projects on the left
  2. Choose the Project and click Settings
  3. Click Delete:

I verified this on a Software and Service Desk Project.  In regards to the Beta feature please click the Feedback link and provide feedback to the developers to address this issue:
