How to Reflect JIRA Reports on a Confluence Page

One of my Teams would like to represent the Cummulative Flow Diagram and Control Chart Reports on a Confluence Page.

What is the easiest way to achieve this?

if you allow HTML in your Confluence pages the easiest way is embedding an iframe ;)
